DELAWARE ANNUAL REPORT/FRANCHISE TAX REMINDER

 

Don’t forget to file your Delaware annual report/franchise taxes! They are due on or before March 1^st, 2017. Failure to file by March 1^st will result in a penalty and interest, on top of the minimum fee. Reports can be filed online at: https://corp.delaware.gov/paytaxes.shtml.
