Delaware Secretary of State Update: Beginning Monday, January 24th through Friday, February 4th, the DE Secretary of State’s office will not accept any submissions for filing pre-clearances, due to a high volume of requests. We will post any updates here if they occur.

MLK Jr. Day Closures: All state offices will be closed Monday, January 17th, 2022 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Fairchild Record Search will be open for normal business hours.

Due to an increase of COVID precautions in the state of IL, the Secretary of State will be closed to the public from 12/31/21 – 1/18/22. Washington Nonprofit Online Filing Outage Starting 12/30 Beginning 12/30/21 at 5 pm, filings for nonprofit corporations in WA will be unavailable online through February 2022. During this time, paper forms will be required as the state updates its online filing system. The whole CCFS online system will be down starting at 5pm 12/31, returning 1/3/22….
