Delaware Secretary of State Update: Beginning Monday, January 24th through Friday, February 4th, the DE Secretary of State’s office will not accept any submissions for filing pre-clearances, due to a high volume of requests. We will post any updates here if they occur.

Washington Nonprofit Online Filing Outage Starting 12/30 Beginning 12/30/21 at 5 pm, filings for nonprofit corporations in WA will be unavailable online through February 2022. In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, Fairchild Record Search and all WA state offices will be closed Thursday, 11/25 and Friday, 11/26.
