Recently, a number of 3^rd party service providers have been soliciting services for filing state level annual reports or federal level BOI reports for an inflated cost. It is important to bear in mind that communications regarding state level annual reports should come directly from the state or through your registered agent. Avoid paying exorbitant fees by verifying with your registered agent whether your annual report is actually due at this time.
