URGENT CALIFORNIA SECRETARY OF STATE UPDATE

The California Secretary of State is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Their public website is down, as well as their internal processing systems. The scope of the issue has yet to be determined, but turnaround times for Corporate/UCC filings, Certificates, and document retrievals are being affected.

Currently, no ETA has been given for when their systems may be restored. We are closely monitoring the situation, and further updates will be provided if new information becomes available.
