DELAWARE SOS Service Update

On Friday 12/09/2016, the Delaware Secretary of State has planned an Employee Recognition Luncheon. This means that all 30 Minute and 1 Hour filings must be received prior to 5:00 PM ET, and 2 Hour filings will need to be received prior to 4:00 PM. All other cutoff times will remain the same. Their office will be unavailable from 11:00AM -2:00PM. 30 Minute, 1 hour, and 2 Hour filings will not be processed during that time, and must be submitted prior to 10:00 AM ET.
