DELAWARE TO ACCEPT ELECTRONIC UCC FILINGS ONLY!

Starting December 1st, 2015, The Delaware Department of State will no longer accept UCC filings over the counter, by mail, or by fax. Filers must use the Delaware E-UCC system via the Delaware Corporations website.
