URGENT CHINESE EMBASSY UPDATE:

The Embassy of China in Washington, DC currently is experiencing a major processing delay for documents submitted for legalization. Currently, the embassy cannot process any payments. Due to the fact that payments are made at the time the work is completed, this means that all completed work cannot be retrieved until their systems are restored. The Embassy advised they are actively working to resolve the issue, but it may take several days to complete. Documents can still be submitted to the embassy during this time.
