Washington Secretary of State Fee Change

Effective October 1st, 2013 Front Counter Service for Apostilles will be subject to the current $50.00 Expedite fee. Expedited Apostille requests can be processed the same day if received in person at the front counter, or within 2 business days if received by mail. Non-Expedited Apostille requests, either dropped off at the counter or received by mail are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
