BUSINESS LICENSING SERVICE TO CHARGE NEW CONVENIENCE FEE…..On September 20, 2014 Business Licensing Service (BLS) will begin charging an average 2.5% convenience fee for credit and debit transactions. This fee will apply to all transactions with BLS including annual reports for profit corporations and limited liability companies.

To avoid this fee, customers can take advantage of Business Licensing Service’s free, online e-check option.
