The Delaware Secretary of State’s office will hold an employee recognition luncheon Friday, 6/09/2023. The staff will be unavailable between 8:00-11:00 AM PST. 30-minute and 1-hour expedited filings must be submitted before 2:00 PM PST, and 2-hour expedited filings must be submitted before 1:00 PM PST. The cutoff times for all other filings remain the same.
