Washington Nonprofit Online Filing Outage Starting 12/30 Beginning 12/30/21 at 5 pm, filings for nonprofit corporations in WA will be unavailable online through February 2022. During this time, paper forms will be required as the state updates its online filing system. The whole CCFS online system will be down starting at 5pm 12/31, returning 1/3/22….

WA County Recording Fee Increase 7/25/21: Due to recently passed RCW revisions, counties across Washington state will increase recording fees for most documents, including UCCs, Deeds of Trust, and Deeds. These fees will increase by $100, starting July 25th, 2021.

In observance of Independence Day, Fairchild and all state offices will be closed Monday 7/5/21.  Offices will re-open for normal business hours on Tuesday, 7/6/21. Have a safe and happy 4th!
