Delaware SOS Altered Service 9/24/21

Friday, 9/24/21, the DE Corporations Division will hold an employee recognition luncheon, which affects expedited cutoff times as follows:

• Same-day and “Must” filings must be submitted prior to 8:30 am PT.
• 2 Hour Filings must be submitted prior to 7 am PT
• 24 Hour filings must be submitted prior to 9 am PT.
