WA Secretary of State Website Technical Issues – 10/24/25

Update 10/27/25 – The WA SOS has advised that their online portal (CCFS) has been temporarily taken offline for maintenance. The timeframe for service restoration is still unknown, but they are working to have the system operational as soon as possible. We will continue monitoring and share more updates here as they become available.

Currently, the Washington Secretary of State’s online filing/business search portal (CCFS) is offline due to technical issues. There is no known ETA for service restoration at this time.
