UPDATE: WA SOS Altered Hours

New information from the Washington SOS – See notice below:

“Due to the ongoing fight to reduce the impacts of COVID-19, the Corporations and Charities Division office is still closed for in-person services. Phone and processing hours will be temporarily reduced to 8am-5pm Monday through Thursday. No work will be performed on Fridays until after August 7, or further notice.

Thursday July 16th, all systems will be offline for routine maintenance from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
