Guatemala joined the Hague Convention.

Hague Convention Update:

As of September 20^th, 2017, Guatemala has joined the Hague Convention abolishing the requirement of legalization. This means that documents for this country will no longer require full legalization from a consulate/embassy, and can now be completely processed through the Secretary of State (or equivalent) in each state.
