MA Closure Notice:

On Monday, April 16 2018, the MA Secretary of State’s office will be closed in observance of Patriot’s Day. Filings submitted this should receive the file date of the 16^th, provided the filing is acceptable. Please feel free to contact Fairchild with any questions you may have.
