Friday, 12/10/21, the DE Corporations Division will hold an employee recognition luncheon, which affects expedited cutoff times as follows:

  • 30-minute and 1-hour filings must be submitted before 2 pm PT, and 2-hour filings must be submitted before 2 pm PT.
  • These filings will not be processed between 7 am and 11 am PT.
  • All other filing cutoffs remain the same
