Washington Nonprofit Online Filing Outage Starting 12/30

Beginning 12/30/21 at 5 pm, filings for nonprofit corporations in WA will be unavailable online through February 2022. During this time, paper forms will be required as the state updates its online filing system. The whole CCFS online system will be down starting at 5pm 12/31, returning 1/3/22.

State legislature passed new laws for nonprofit corporations in 2021, which take effect 1/1/22. Further information about these changes is below.
