Arizona Corporation Commission system maintenance.

AZ Corp Commission Closure:

The Arizona Corporation Commission has advised that their offices and website will be shut down for system maintenance on Friday, May 18, at noon. After that point, we will be unable to submit any documents for filing, or conduct any document retrievals. The state system will remain down until Monday, May 21 at 8:00am

Any filings received by our office after 10:30 AM on Friday cannot be submitted for processing until Monday. Please let us know if you have any questions.
