WA DOL UCC Price Increase 6/11/2020 Effective June 11th, the WA Dept of Licensing will increase their pricing for the filing of UCCs. The price increase applies to both paper and electronic filings. A table of the new prices is attached to the state’s official notice here.

Nevada SOS Closure Notice 4/16 and 4/17: In a part of Nevada’s continued precautions surrounding COVID-19, the Secretary of State’s office will be closed Thursday 4/16, and Friday 4/17. We will continue to monitor this, and post updates here if we hear of any future closures.
