CA UCC System Downtime 7/13/20:

Starting at 12:01 AM on Monday, 7/13, the CA Secretary of State’s current UCC filing/search system will go offline, as the state implements a new system. This new system is expected to go live on 7/15, around 10:00 AM. No UCC filings will be processed during the downtime, but searches can still be performed.
