CA SOS EARLY CLOSURE 8/17 – 8/19

Due to excessive heat, the CA Secretary of State’s lobby hours in Sacramento will be 8am to 3pm PT, 8/17 thru 8/19. In order to meet this cutoff, we must have paper filings in hand by 2:15pm PT. It appears electronic UCC/corporate filings can still be submitted online throughout the day as usual. We will continue monitoring this situation and post any updates here, if they occur.
