DE SOS Employee Recognition.

Delaware Secretary of State Update:

On Friday, June 8th 2018, the DE SOS has planned an employee recognition luncheon. Filing service cutoff times will be affected by this.

No “Same-day” or “Must” filings can be submitted after 11:30 AM ET on that day.

1 Hour filings must be submitted to the state prior to 10:00 AM ET, and 2 Hour filings must be submitted prior to 9:00 AM ET. 24 Hour filings must be submitted before 12:00 PM ET.
