Delaware SOS December 1st 2017 Luncheon.

On Friday, December 1 2017, an employee recognition luncheon is planned for the Delaware Secretary of State Corporations Division. Services at their office will be altered this day.

All 30 Minute and 1 Hour Filings must be submitted prior to 5:00 PM ET, and 2 Hour filings will need to be submitted prior to 4:00 PM ET. All other cut-off times will remain unchanged. The State will be unavailable between 11am and 2pm ET. 30 Minute, 1 hour, and 2 hour filings will not be processed during this time. Please contact Fairchild if you have any questions!
