The Delaware Secretary of State’s office will be holding an employee retreat Wednesday, 5/1/19, which will result in service interruptions on corporate filings this day.

Same-Day and “Must” filing services will be unavailable.

1 and 2 Hour expedited filings must be submitted  prior to 9AM Eastern, 6AM Pacific.

24 Hour expedites must be submitted prior to 12pm Eastern, 9AM Pacific.
