Hague Convention Update: Philippines
Hague Convention Update: Philippines
As of May 15th, 2019, The Philippines has joined the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. This means that documents for this country will no longer require full legalization from a consulate/embassy and can now be completed by Apostille through the Secretary of State (or equivalent) in each state. Feel free to contact Fairchild with any questions you may have about this change.
