IL SOS Office Closure 12/31/21 – 1/18/22

Due to an increase of COVID precautions in the state of IL, the Secretary of State will be closed to the public from 12/31/21 – 1/18/22. During this time, filings will need to be completed online or sent in by mail. Document retrieval services will operate as normal.
