NV SOS EXPEDITED SERVICE CHANGES

Urgent: NV SOS Expedited Service Changes as of 9/23/19

Effective 9/23/19,  the NV Secretary of State has stopped accepting 24-hour expedited requests until further notice. This is effective across the board for UCC/corporate searches and filings.

1-hour ($1000) and 2-hour ($500) expedited requests will still be accepted, though it is possible that the turnaround times for these services will increase. We will share further updates here as information becomes available.
