Due to expected protests, the Corporations Division of the OR Secretary of State’s office will be closed today, 1/6/21.

Currently, they are expected to reopen Thursday, 1/7/21. We will post further updates here if any changes occur.

* UPDATE 1/7/2021:

It appears the following Secretary of State offices have also closed for the remainder of the day: NV, AZ, CA, OR, PA, TX, and WA DC’s Dept of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs office.
