Due to an upgrade to Washington’s MyDOR system, the Secretary of State’s office will be unable to process any filing that requires a UBI number lookup. Filings will be accepted Monday, but will not be processed until the system is back online. Official notice can be seen online at https://www.sos.wa.gov/corps/
