Washington SOS – Apostille Update:

Due to a system issue with the WA Department of Licensing, the Secretary of State’s office has limited ability to verify notary licenses on documents submitted for apostille. This means that some more recently licensed notaries are not able to be verified and the WA SOS unfortunately, cannot apostille those documents until DOL’s system functions normally. Currently, there is not an estimated time of restoration for that system. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
