Washington State Apostille/Authentication Changes Coming 5/1/19

The Washington Secretary of State/Corporations Division has announced that as of 5/1/19, they will no longer issue separate certificates for Apostilles and Authentications. Instead, a single, trilingual black and white “Apostille” certificate will be affixed to documents being prepared for use in other countries. The certificate will be similar to those already being used by Oregon, California, Nevada, etc. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have about this upcoming change.
