Due to treacherously cold temperatures, the Illinois Secretary of State and Michigan Dept. of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs offices will be closed 1/30/19. The states will determine on Wednesday if they will remain closed Thursday. The Indiana and North Dakota Secretary of State offices will also be closed 1/30/19.
