DE Secretary of State Closure Notice 12/24:

The state of Delaware now plans to close for the entire day on 12/24/18, rather than the early closure that was initially reported. This means that the state will now be closed 12/24 and 12/25, and will reopen for normal business hours on 12/26. Please contact Fairchild with any questions you may have about this upcoming closure.
