WA County Recording Fee Increase 7/25/21: Due to recently passed RCW revisions, counties across Washington state will increase recording fees for most documents, including UCCs, Deeds of Trust, and Deeds. These fees will increase by $100, starting July 25th, 2021.

The Corporations Division of the WA Secretary of State’s office will be closed to the public from Monday, 5/3/21, through Friday, 5/14/21. They are directing clients to the services offered via their online system, but are still processing documents submitted by mail.  Please contact us for updates.
