On Monday, 12/24/18, the DE Secretary of State’s office will close early at 4:30 pm ET (1:30 pm PT)

All one-hour filings must be submitted prior to 11:30 am PT, and two-hour filings must be submitted prior to 11:00 am PT. Same Day filings must be submitted prior to 10:00 am PT.
