The Delaware Secretary of State’s office will be holding an employee recognition luncheon Friday, 6/7/19, which will result in service interruptions on corporate filings this day.

Same-Day and “Must” filing services will be unavailable after 11:30AM Eastern, 8:30AM Pacific

1 Hour filings must be submitted prior to 10AM Eastern, 7AM Pacific

2 Hour filings must be submitted prior to 9AM Eastern, 6AM Pacific

24 Hour expedites must be submitted prior to 12pm Eastern, 9AM Pacific.
