Delaware Secretary of State Service Alteration 12/14

On Friday, December 14, 2018, the Delaware Secretary of State will be holding a recognition luncheon for employees of the corporations division.

One-Hour filings must be submitted prior to 2pm PT, and Two-Hour filings must be submitted prior to 1pm PT on this day. All other service cutoff times will remain the same.

The state will be unavailable between 8am – 11am PT, and filings will not be processed during this time. Please don’t hesitate to contact Fairchild with any questions regarding these altered service times.
